Roma Waterman is a respected Bible teacher, prophetic trainer, and worship leader with over 30 years of experience in full-time ministry. As the founder of HeartSong Prophetic Alliance, she has equipped thousands of students worldwide through immersive training in the prophetic, biblical studies, and spiritual formation. She is also the creator of Wisdom at the Well—a contemplative online membership that helps Christians quiet the noise, hear God clearly, and live refreshed lives rooted in Scripture and Spirit-led wisdom.
Roma’s passion lies at the intersection of spirituality and creativity. A seasoned pastor, preacher, and author, her work empowers believers to walk confidently in their calling, grow in discernment, and integrate the prophetic into everyday life. Her teaching is marked by theological depth, authenticity, and a deep love for God's presence.
Alongside her ministry work, Roma has had an extensive music career. She’s served as a session vocalist for well-known artists on television and recordings and has written and recorded hundreds of original songs since her teen years. She is also the founder of The Melbourne Gospel Choir which has had a long career in Australia Television and a favourite on Chanel 9’s Carols By Candellight.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Roma is a devoted wife and mum who finds joy in cooking, reading, thrift shopping, and hosting friends around the table. Though she leads with vision and creativity, she refuels in the quiet—often with her Bible, a journal, and a cup of tea in hand.
Roma holds a Graduate Diploma in Theology and is currently completing a Master’s in Spirituality at the University of Divinity, specializing in Christian meditation and prayer. She also holds certification in workplace training and assessment, digital marketing, and the development of effective online programs. Her passion is to people empowered by Jesus to fulfil the call that is on their lives, in a way that integrates creativity, renewal and love.
