6. REFUNDS
Digital products: no refunds once delivered. Memberships: cancel anytime; no refunds for previous billing cycles. Any statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
7. USER CONDUCT
Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; interfere with Site security or operations; scrape or reverse engineer; or misuse community features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Subscriptions (e.g., “Wisdom at the Well”) are cancel-anytime. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. We do not refund past payments. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
EVENTS / LIVE PROGRAMS
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, event tickets and live program fees are non-refundable but may, at our discretion, be transferable.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
